Beenie Man Featured on Nicki Minaj's new album "Roman Reloaded"

Dancehall superstar Beenie Man has collaborated with rap sensation Nicki Minaj on her forthcoming album ‘Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded’. The two collaborated on the track titled ‘Gunshot’.

Beenie Man met Minaj at the 2011 Reggae Sumfest in Montego-Bay and says they have kept in touch. He says although Minaj was not in Jamaica to record her part on the track, she was very involved in the recording process.
‘Gunshot’ is among 19 tracks on the standard edition of Minaj’s album which is due for release in the United States on April 3.
Nicki Minaj had previously recorded with Jamaican artiste Gyptian on the track titled “Hold Yuh” in 2009.
Other artistes featured on Minaj’s new album include: Chris Brown and Bobby V (formerly Bobby Valentino), and rappers Nas, Drake, Young Jeezy, Rick Ross, Cam’ron and Lil Wayne.
Beenie Man has recorded songs with American female recording artistes including Mya, Janet Jackson, Angie Martinez and Lil Kim.
The most successful of those collaborations has been Feel it Boy which peaked at number 28 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2002.
