Blak Ryno Robbed, Travel Documents Stolen

KINGSTON, JAMAICA : NOVEMBER 27, 2011 :: Garrison recording artiste Blak Ryno was robbed over the weekend after the motor vehicle he was driving was broken into by unknown assailants and several items stolen.

The incident occurred on Friday night (November 25th) in the vicinity of Burlington Avenue near the offices of Supreme Promotions while Ryno was in attendance at a meeting. It was thereafter that the entertainer discovered thieves had broken into his car and removed several pieces of clothing along with his passport and other travel documents.

Ironically the deejay had just collected his passport hours earlier after using it to conduct some official business.

“I was at a meeting with my management when the incident occurred. They broke into the car and took out a brand new suit I had just bought for a show on the same night along with my passport and some other items. They can keep the suit and the other things I just need back my passport because I have several overseas engagements in the coming days.” – Ryno said in a release.

The artiste whose given name is Romane Anderson is appealing to the perpetrator(s) to just leave the passport somewhere (police, radio or television station) or contact (876.) 847.0711 as the recovery of the passport is imperative.

The ‘Whine Me’ singer is booked to appear on St. Lucia’s – Lovefest in December, as well as other engagements in Turks & Caicos, Costa Rica before returning to the island for the much publicized Sting 2011.
