Friendly Fire Music releases Rastamantic Riddim

Friendly Fire Music’s latest release is more than a riddim album, it’s a set of three singles on the Rastamantic Riddim, a horn-driven roots riddim played live by Friendly Fire Band.

To kick-off, currently one of Jamaica’s best songwriters, Duane Stephenson lends his plaintive voice to Tenament Yard, which resonates with the confinement situations the world has found itself in recently. Tomlin Mystic’s The Enemy Within seriously addresses the fear-mongering culture in the media. Last, but not least, lyricist Myki Tuff drops a different type of love song with the title track of the riddim: Rastamantic, just in time for your Valentine’s playlists. Finally, by popular demand, Friendly Fire Band’s instrumental version completes the release.

Released on all platforms digitally Friday 11 February 2022 and available now exclusively on Bandcamp
