Another murder combination by Perfect Giddimani and Sinky Beatz is coming up on February 14th. This track also comes in a dub version. When asked about how the song came about, Giddimani answered World A Reggae:

“The track was written a year ago, then I recorded it in December. Its a fun-filled happy track as the chorus says “Easy Skankin Irie, Irie in a Joburg mi have a African dawta yes she is my Jogurl and this is one of my favorite places in the whole world easy Skankin Irie Irie in a Joburg”. The Riddim production is, again, done by Sinky Beatz who is also the producer for my new album “Worthy For Jah” which is slated to be released in March/April 2025. Mixing and mastering was done by Sebastien Hout of Wise Studio (FR)”

Giddimani also told World a Reggae that this song was a precognition. 2 weeks before the release the artist got a call to perform in Johannesburg. Almost like the artist had foreknowledge of the future event.
“I just recorded an unreleased song about Joburg, and 2 months later, I’m billed to perform there. That’s the reason I decided to release the song officially on February 14th before the show date, which is on the 22nd.
