Busy Signal broke through in 2005 with the single “Step Out,” the title track of his debut album released a year later. With his unique mix of Caribbean music, afrobeat, soca, EDM, and hip‑hop, Busy Signal has built a twenty‑year career. The highlight so far came in 2013, when he collaborated with Major Lazer on the track “Watch Out For This (Bumaye),” which also featured our very own The Flexican and has amassed 330 million streams on Spotify. Melonade is a Caribbean party full of rhythm, a friendly crowd, and an atmosphere you won’t find anywhere else. Think of it as the precursor to Soca vs Dancehall, with DJs taking over the dancefloor immediately after the show.
