Reggae/Dancehall veteran Chaka Demus steps back into the spotlight with a brand-new single titled “Mi Love You”, a smooth loversrock tune full of warmth and classic Jamaican soul. Released via Bright Star Production, the track carries themes of love and devotion, wrapped in timeless melodies and heartfelt lyrics.

Co-written with Marlon Hanchard and produced by Chaka Demus himself, the single brings together a strong musical team: Guitar and riddim co-production by the late Dalton Browne, bass by Danny Axeman the harmonies again by Natalie IshA Bel Walsh, saxophone by Richiesax and mixed by veteran engineer Fatta Marshall.

“Mi Love You” is already making waves internationally, gaining airplay on more than 40 UK stations including BBC Radio Bristol, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, and BBC 1Xtra with David Rodigan. The song also hit the #1 spot on Amazon Music’s Reggae Revolution Playlist, with Chaka Demus featured on the cover.
