Rising from the East presents Live Wyya, straight from Kingston, Jamaica, with their new track called “Warrior”. The track, produced by Rabu Rutsu Records & Yaad Rootz Entertainment, is out now on all streaming platforms.

When asked, Carl (bassist and founder/band leader of the band) replied: “This is a single from the upcoming album (yet to be titled). Other songs such as Woman Down The Lane, Rise Natty Rise and Liberation have currently released. One more single will be released within the next two months. Album slated to be released last quarter of this year or early 2026.”

Live Wyya is a Jamaican roots rock reggae band formed in 1999, known for uplifting, conscious music and backing many of Jamaica’s top artists at major events. With albums like Back to the Roots (2019) and Spread the Love (2011) and collaborations with artists like Micah Shemaiah, they’ve built a respected name in the global reggae scene.
