The Marley machine keeps running strong, this time with the release of a new visualizer for “Work” by Bob Marley and The Wailers. The track, taken from Marley’s 1980 Uprising album, is now accompanied by fresh visuals, part of a broader rollout that includes multiple visualizers for songs across the album. With Uprising marking its 45th anniversary this year, the Marley estate is putting renewed focus on what would be the final studio album released during Bob’s lifetime. Known for classics like “Redemption Song”, “Could You Be Loved”, and “Coming In from the Cold”, the reggae album blends spiritual introspection with social fire. Released in June 1980, just months before Marley’s final tour and eventual passing, Uprising stands as both a cultural statement and a farewell message. The new visuals breathe life into that legacy, bridging generations through image and sound.
