Chino McGregor

As son of Freddie McGregor and older brother to world renowned producer Stephen ‘DiGenius’ McGregor, Chino’s musical talent and creativity should come as no surprise to us. 27 year old Chino, whose real name is Daniel McGregor, is a multi-talented Jamaican artiste who has established himself as a true talent in the dancehall industry from about 2005 with early hit singles such as ‘Girls Dem Straight’ and ‘Redbull and Guiness’. He has grown over the years to produce bigger and better hits; the most recent ones include ‘Phone Gallis’ and ‘Who God Bless’, the latter being produced on the Outbreak Riddim by younger brother Stephen.

Chino has undoubtedly become one of the biggest and most ‘in demand’ dancehall artistes in Jamaica. He has ‘Styled it’, ‘Ruffed it up’, ‘Raved All Night’, been ‘Protected’, and despite the positive feedback he has received from fans and supporters internationally, still, he has ‘Never Changed’. Chino has certainly been doing his part in keeping the Big Chip Sailing and with a bright future ahead, fans and supporters worldwide can expect a lot more from the unstoppable one.
