In less than a week international dance-hall artist Konshens released his new single ‘Independent Girl’ on the popular ‘Overdrive Riddim’ produced by JA Productions. Since then we have been receiving great feedback from high school and college females saying ‘Thank You Konshens’.

The lyrics of the song states :

” I love when a girl knows how to handle herself,/

she nuh fraidy fraidy/ from a hustling she ready/ 

aahhh no she a nuh clown/ 

cyah tek har fi no come a roun/ 

Oh that’s the kind a girl I like serious about the goals in life/ 

she smart and sexy.
