Bob Marley Museum celebrates Bob Marley Earth Strong on Friday, February 6, 2026

The Bob Marley Museum will mark the Annual Earthstrong of Bob Marley on Friday, February 6, 2026, with a full day of activities at 56 Hope Road in Kingston. The celebration runs from an early 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and is open to Jamaicans and visitors from around the world.

This year’s Earthstrong carries the theme Positive Vibration, taken from Rastaman Vibration, the 1976 album that turns 50 this year. The theme reflects Marley’s message and comes at a time when Jamaica continues to recover from Hurricane Melissa. Alongside the celebrations, the Bob and Rita Marley Foundations remain focused on community support, including housing, livelihoods, and education.

As part of the wider observance, the Bob and Rita Marley Foundations, American Friends of Jamaica, Tuff Gong Radio, and SiriusXM have launched the Positive Vibration Concert Series. The series begins on February 6 with a special Positive Vibration 81 session airing on Tuff Gong Radio from the SiriusXM Miami Beach studio. Performances and content from Earthstrong will also be shared globally via official Bob Marley Museum and Foundation channels, allowing audiences worldwide to take part in the celebration.
