After her major release of ‘Flowers’ and her cover (in collaboration with Silly Walks Disco) of the Miley Cyrus hit, Khalia is back with another banger produced by Tony CD Kelly! This time, she teams up with Mr. Lover Lover himself, Shaggy, with the lyrics: “Worries and problems again. Yeah, we make good lovers but we’re terrible friends.” This song is likely to be featured on Khalia’s debut EP, titled ‘Stay True,‘ which is set to be released on October 27th, 2023.

Khalia, a Jamaican-born Londoner, has been making waves in the reggae dancehall scene since around 2019, having been mentored by the esteemed Tony CD Kelly. The talented songstress has collaborated with the award-winning Ghanaian artist Stonebwoy and has upcoming remixes with EDM DJ Sidney Sampson. Returning to Jamaica as her home base has opened up new avenues for inspiration and collaborations with artists such as Tifa, Busy Signal, Romain Virgo, OMI and now Shaggy.
