Rocky Dawuni has released this new animated lyric video for his single “I Got A Song,” featuring Cedella Marley. The single is distributed worldwide via AQUARIAN Records / Tuff Gong International.

The video marks Dawuni’s first fully animated lyric video, created by motion designer and graphic artist Ellen Wood. According to the release, the song is inspired by the Australian Aboriginal concept of “songlines,” described as a way of carrying cultural knowledge and identity across generations. Dawuni connects that idea to a broader message of unity between Africa, the diaspora, and global communities.
